1. Service

EmployClue (employclue.com) is operated by Keenvo Tech OÜ, registered in Estonia (17457927), Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9, 11314 ("we", "us"). Advertising, traffic acquisition, and monetization services are provided by ActiveView OÜ, registered in Estonia (16639782), Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, Tallinn 10615, Harju, Estonia. By using EmployClue you agree to these terms.

EmployClue publishes free editorial articles about job searching, careers, and professional licensing. The content is for general education only, is provided as-is, and is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Licensing rules vary by state and profession and change often, so always confirm requirements with the official licensing board. We may update or remove content at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use EmployClue.

3. Plans and billing

EmployClue is free to read. There is currently no paid subscription. The site is supported by advertising.

4. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable after activation. Contact support for billing issues; we review them case by case.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, republish, resell, or automate bulk access to our content without permission. We may restrict access that abuses the site or its infrastructure.

6. Disclaimer

Information on EmployClue may not apply to your individual situation and can become outdated as research evolves. We make no warranty that the content is complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You rely on it at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmployClue and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on information shown in the app.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to defraud us or our partners.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of EmployClue after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or to the use of EmployClue, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harju County, Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts, of your country of residence.
